Bio - As a single mother of 3, I desire for my legacy to be one that speaks of helping others and providing them with tools that will enhance them personally, emotionally, professionally, and economically. As a female entreprenuer, I want to be one who empowers other women, enhances their self-esteem and helps provide them with business opportunities and stability while redesigning and rebuilding their lives. From the early age of 11, I began my first business experience as a piano teacher. The daughter of a business man, I learned early on the sacrifice and dedication that running your own company took. May 2007 - I created Jirah Marketing & Consulting. Jirah defined means 'Provider'. As the sole provider of my own family, and being a service/product provider, the name just fit with my personal belief system. June 2008, prior to its launch, I was introduced to H-Trio and the merging of both worlds began.

Jirah Marketing - is a company that specializes in Promotional Products, Incentive Programs, Marketing Tools, and Product Research. We are unique from other companies in this industry as we give our customers/clients the ability to

1. choose products that are effective for their field;
2. design an incentive program that will effectively promote their business and bring their employees a greater level of satisfaction; and
3. to play a part in their Marketing Strategy.

NEW for 2010 - we also provide Gift Baskets for Special Occasions and do Event Planning & Supplying.

We work together with our clients one of 3 ways:

1. one time product orders,
2. creating a program that will enhance performace levels(with products/programs provided by either company);
3. running workshops and incorporating an enhanced healthy standard of living.

In 2009 I began to see the importance of teamwork in a company. I heard a testimonial from a man who had purchased logo-ed jackets, and while he was in a store he overheard one of his own speaking quite negatively to the cashier. At that moment he realized the man was wearing one of the company jackets and made a quick assessment, that it would be the name on the jacket that would remain in the woman's mind... not the man. That brought me back to the creative table and I started problem solving that scenario. We all need to promote our businesses... but in essence we are also promoting ourselves. What frame of mind are we in? Do we love our jobs still? Have we or our team already emotionally quit? So, my goal with clients is to meet with them and give them a look at all areas. Then we proceed with what best fits them. They may need only products if they are smaller... or they may require a company workshop followed by an employee program... followed by promoting themselves with products.

H-Trio - was founded by an incredible woman, Melanie Hayden-Sparks. It is a very new and very unique company. We offer 3 Product lines, Heart, Health and Home.

• In our Home line we offer inspirational and healthy decor items including soy-beeswax candles; dream boards; organizers and journals.
• In our Health line, we provide products that promote hydration and nutrition.
• In our Heart Line we offer workshops with topics such as: Life Balance; Habit Diet; Stop Smoking; Dream Board Workshops; Get-Organized; Pozitive Attitude Zone/Home/for divorced parent; Goal Setting and more.
